    Any help would be appreciated. Picked this up at an estate sale. You know when you wonder - could this be real?

    Thank you for your response. I don't think it is worth an auction type sale. Thinking more like e-bay or similar? Any thoughts?

    You might want to find at least a few more current comps - i just grabbed those from worthpoint.

    Since I don't have access to findart, I couldn't see the style to guage what was most desirable or like yours. Findart from 2014

    @Mrs Stone

    Please use the "display all images full size" so they load into your future posts :)

    You have a window of time to make edits, but I don't know how long it lasts...

    Jivvy the research is my favorite

    LiveAuctioneers.com is free and has a number of his pieces in the "sold" column.

    Be sure to sort by date.

    THIS signature from YOUR painting, , looks closer to the name Arnold Grabone, than the one posted from Worthpoint, TO ME.....just MHO!!!!

    I'm game, but what are you comparing it to, @Aquitaine ?

    Hopefully the painting sold was authentic, maybe not exact... I'm mostly on my phone, and this is where a full sized image would help, bc I have to re-open it often to compare.

    I miss my findart subscription where you can view signatures!

    Oh, wow, @scoutshouse, it looks like I’m comparing it to the top one you must have posted from Worthpoint.....Stralsund Harbor for $239.....I thought the first name looked more like “Arrow”.......maybe my bad......:rolleyes:
