HELP w/ARTIST NAME & STYLE OF 'ROMAN HORSES' PAINTING?

    I found this at a Goodwill store yesterday. At first I thought it was a print, but touching it showed it is a painting.
    What do you call this style?
    Any idea who R. Rennick is?

    At a thrift store - thought it was goodwill but now really thinking I believe it was a thrift store that is part of Camillus house (a homeless shelter) here in Miami.

    I asked that because theres a Ron Rennick of Vero Beach who is a Harvard educated art collector and owns a gallery,so maybe this is by him.
