Can anyone read this signature?

I found some Basketball Hall of Famer autographs on Friday, and can't read this one.

That looks like it. Thanks. I really do NOT know basketball. College hoops, the ladies, are more my speed.

 

It a cover from the same series, but that signature doesn't look like any name from the HoF list. And most certainly not like any of the players who were in the Hall at the time the cover was issued.

 

He didn't go in until 1980. Found him. They must have ordered a TON of these covers, back when.

Basketball was my life for 25 years. Hubby coached. He took me to the Locksmith's Convention in Sturbridge, MA the first year we were together. Know what locksmiths do during conventions when they aren't in class? Huddle in small groups sharing lockpicking secrets. Booooring. On the way home, he said he had a special treat. He stopped at the Hall of Fame. At that time, there were no fun things there (if you can call shooting hoops in a carnival type setting fun,) just big sneakers and old uniforms. You can't say I didn't know what I was getting into when I married him.

 

The upside was that we formed a non-profit and raised money to take high school teams to Europe, so I got to travel. The downside was that we traveled with 40 teenagers. I could write a book.

 

No thanks; traveling with 40 teenagers sounds like something out of my worst nightmares.
