Karl Bader ? please help with this enormous painting free

    I went to a sale and just out of curiosity ask how much and they said take it...
    Maybe I should put it out on the curb?
    The frame is gaudy ugly love the painting but its huge and has a hole....

    What say ye? opinions please be kind

    Oui! The church I didn't take into consideration.
    Still...patch the hole and under the Harley it goes. :p

    Decorative or tourist painting from Europe. Is the stamp on the back an export mark?

    not export mark but "Viktoria Maltuch"
    I'd check Joseph Karlsbader

    Karlsbader" for Joseph Karlsbader (German, born 1921) a listed artist and painted circa 1975. Joseph Karlsbader studied at the Munich Art Academy and exhibited successfully throughout Europe including in Paris, Geneva and Madrid. Unframed

    I saw a few sold but could not see prices, what about the size and damage on this? approx 5 feet long lol

    I see potetial in it but do not see the damage in your pics very clearly. IMO the size may even be a positive argument. perhaps someone here can look him up in those paying sites ?

    Thanks Messi good to know, kinda means with damage this one has little value I'd imagine....

    with a length of 5 feet it will appeal to true Americans like Wernher von Braun and others, even with smaller damages.:wacky: or try to sell it on Gun Broker with a seriously sick story that it was stolen from Adolf's Eagle Nest by GI Joe and served as a parachute glider therefrom down to Garmisch - or better make that Munich for the dorks....
