Vintage Dinosaur Planter - Maker Unknown

    I've had this whimsical planter, 9" long planter for at least a couple of decades and haven't been able to identify the maker - despite an impressed hallmark on the underside. It looks like it reads "Pandoria" but I've tried that and many other permutations but haven't found anything that fits.

    Maybe Vandoria?

    Sure looks like "Pandora" (without an "i") from here...

    I think you're right - particularly after finding Pandora potteries in England and in Japan and the latter was in production in the 1950's. Thanks for your input.

    I just learned that there were two Japanese companies operating under the Pandora name and this one made a full set of dinosaurs in the 1970's - quite a bit earlier than I would have expected. Thanks again for the input.
