Featured Norwegian Silver Propelling Pencil--Need Mark Help

Hello Silver Mavens! I am giving my grandfather's silver propelling pencil to my son. I thought it was older than it may be (surprise, surpise, LOL!). I looked at the Norwegian silver marks online and the closest I could find was this:

Ottar Hval - Oslo
Ottar Sverre Hval (b.1903), son of Ole Hval, apprenticed under his father at Hval & Kristiansen. in 1933, together with his father Ole Hvar, set up a business under the name Ottar Hval (closed in 1992)

If this is the same mark, then the pencil couldn't be older than 1933 and by that date, my grandfather was living in Canada. Could've been a present from Norway, though. Anyway, am I right or wrong on the mark? Thanks!

I believe the twist feed mechanical pencils were not invented until the late 1800's so this would have been an early version. Old enough! and I agree what a nice gift and usable. I gave my daughter my mother in laws miniature fountain pen from the 30's that she had given me . She loved it.
