    India or thereabouts. It's their construction, but I suppose it could be Pakistani or from Bangladesh. The style is, if memory serves, Kundan. Maybe Mughal, but the fabric cording bit is pure Indian subcontinent either way.

    I agree, India, etc. A modern take on traditional Rajasthani wedding jewellery.
    Technically speaking kundan is made with 24k gold, and it is gem-studded:
