    The base just says Kutani in Japanese, the figures are Hotei with attendants.

    The figures look very modern and cartoonish. I might suspect it being a Chinese imitation of "Kutani".

    The fellow with the large belly is Hotei, god of happiness and abundance. The fellow with the big head is Fukurokuju, representing longevity and wisdom (hence the big head). Both are members of the 7 Lucky Gods.
