Jean Baptiste Corot - 'Boboli Gardens' Print? Painting? Any Value?

This came out of my mom's storage unit. I remember it as a kid hanging in our house.
I am thinking this is a print because his works would be in museums right?
Looking closely at it it looks like it was painted - or printed - on a weave fabric; like the material surrounding the picture.
So is it a print? If so does it have any value? (I'm thinking that beautiful frame has to have some age & value?
Any thoughts or info would be greatly appreciated.
PS - The viewable size is unusual for a print - 12" x 4" ?
The frame must have been custom made for it - it measures 19" x 11"
Also the paper info on the back - maybe it was a museum souvenir?

The original is in the Louvre. Yours appears to be a decorative reproduction that has been excessively cropped.

Yup agree with Debora. You should try and take it out of the frame. Sell the frame itself.

 

Thanks - I do like the frame; but after finding a real William Walker painting not so long ago I had to check here!

 

I like the frame too, but it’s a shame the top right corner is damaged
