Need help identifying these chairs!

Hello Friends! New member here, so still trying to get the hang of things. I need some help identifying these chairs. If anyone has any ideas or insights at all, it would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!

 

what's the materials ? no stickers or names on them ?
I get an Italian vibe; either art deco or after WW2 gelateria/bar/restaurant equipment.

Thank you~ I think I have adjusted the pics properly. Every new site is a new learning curve .
The materials are definetly chrome, the red is either acrylic or possibly wood~ I had a hard time identifying. No tags or sticker at all.
