Yellow Glaze Pottery. Vase?

    It is about 6" tall. Is this a vase that requires a stand or maybe was placed on the top of something else?

    Maybe for outdoor (cemetery?) use to be pushed in to the ground a bit. Have seen some more pointed than this that were meant to be used this way.

    Hi,
    Might have been used to slowly water a plant while you were away? The inside and bottom is not glazed to allow water seepage when drying out.

    That or it's the top half of a vase meant for a similar purpose. There might have been a bottom half that's missing.
