Fascinating and a real piece of history. That looks so 50s: the company were way ahead, indeed.

 

Bauhaus was forgotten for a long time. after 1933 Onkel Adi and his brainless beasts closed it down completely. too modern, but highly interesting for its time. also for industrial design - design as an expression of functionality.
best known today Mies van der Rohe for his chairs and Le Corbusier.

When I moved to NYC back when, I loved my first apartment. After I lived there for almost a year I found out that Mies designed the apartments. It was a one bedroom but had SIX walkin closets. It was so roomy with a wonderful view of the Brooklyn bridge I really hated to move. The one closet in the bedroom, there was only two only had hangers and luggage in it.
