    Is the purple glass or plastic?
    You can tell by holding it to your face. Glass is cold. Plastic will be warm

    I don't think the earrings are terribly old. 1980s and later.
    Not high quality. Light weight metal and the clips are light weight as well. Imports possibly. Not sure where from.
    Maybe one of the other joolies would know who we were importing from at that time.

    1980s gets my vote. Possibly Hong Kong. The design is nice, even if the quality isn't there.
