Something looks strange with the stones.

 

The sapphires look "native cut" the facet junctions don't meet.The color is a bit strange,but it could just be the lighting or man made stones..Really can't see much on the white stones.

It looks more like a gold nugget texture.

 

The texture might be called Samorodok. Don't know if that word extends beyond Russian work.
