The amber looks like reconstructed amber, which is made from small pieces of amber heated and pressed together in a mold.
The mark could be Navajo, I'll see if I can find it.

    Edit:
Sorry, no luck. The mark that comes closest is Hopi silversmith Michael Kabotie, but your cuff is not by him.

From what I've found true amber will flouresce evenly while reconstructed amber will not, the one I have does so evenly. Also, I have found some jewelry made by Kabotie that he marked with the single K along with some variations on his mark. Alas, thanks for the lead.

Another unknown made by NA,students, hobbyist, etc. hard to tell from the photos but the bezel cups look commercially made.

Don't know, doesn't look amateurish and not commercially made.

I really never thought much about amber or turquoise, but there are others here who do.

Reconstructed amber fluoresces. It is amber, just pieces fused together by heat.
Many NA jewellery makers sign with a similar K. The Kabotie K may come closest, from the marks info I have, but the bracelet is not even remotely in the Kabotie style, sorry.

    The amber looks reconstituted.

Yes it does but it does not flouresce uniformly or rather itll have uneven flourescence or blotches.

That is typical of reconstructed amber. All the individual small pieces fluoresce individually, with slight differences.
Reconstructed amber is still regarded as amber, because there are no artificial bonding agents. The cabs are nice, even though they were not 'born' that way.
