Looks like the logo, but I haven't found anything similar. My first thought was it looks like a posy holder pin, but it has a hole in the bottom.

    Hi,
I have seen tussie mussie's with a hole for a pin to go in to hold the blossom but not that big, unless it is for a toothpick like pick.

    WOW! Cool!
I've seen this cross and deer, whatever antlered animal it may be, before. Is that the affiliation for sure?

It's to hold the brush and/or feathers on a Tyrolean/Alpine hat.

Though I haven't found another one exactly like it, it seems most likely jagermeister especially now that we know what it's used for.

I actually got it in a lot of jewelry that I partly bought because it reminded me of another I had posted here a while back. But after I bought it, I realized it's quite different than this one...

Symbol of Saint Eustace, patron of hunters (and firefighters)...

Though I found a lot of sites asserting that it's Saint Eustace, the Jagermeister site says that it's actually Saint Hubertus.

This snip is from Jagermeister's website....

Odds are most people know the symbol from the legendary liqueur - legendary for the odd things do when they get hammered on it.

I actually know the woman who was their very beautiful model back in the 80s. She looked much like Elvira and was often thought to be her. I don't drink such things but this is likely why I recognized that item. :)

Heh, now I remember this being discussed before, and in that region it would be St. Hubert rather than Eustace, though their visions were similar and both are patron saints of hunters. Keep in mind that these items were around long before Jager was introduced (I have a couple of 'legendary' Jager memories, wish I could say it was just as the bartender...)

Not just Tyrolean, also Bavarian hats. I've got one somewhere that was my Pa's, had a hog brush in it.

AH!!!! When I was in Innsbruck, and that area, in '89 I saw this symbol around.
Side note to that visit: I was there Independence Day July 4th 1989. Went to dinner in a Hofbrau where there was a floor show. They performed a whole group of songs for us Americans in the audience! Wow! That was SO unexpected and SO much fun! :) What a nice thing to do. :)
