    Hey everyone,

Need some help, I've been racking my brain and wringing the Internet for the name of the is pattern and this style of ware.

Does anybody remember the ware name, this black and specimen Collage style pattern.

    Thanks for any help

    Hi,
I would have bought just for the malachite bits. Can you tell I LOVE malachite?
I brought a 30 LB malachite boulder back from India back in the early 1970s. Piece was cut up to make a lot of jewelry for friends. Ended up weighing 6 lbs. had in my garden until one Halloween when it eloped with somebody.

Malachite is really something else, it's like it's alive! It was a small inkwell. My dad bought it for £22, pretty well done.

Pietra Dura items are really collectible now. The inkwell is likely Victorian so on for a winner :D

    Hi,
In the 1970s Sheryl Wagner had a showroom in NYC with a solid malachite bathroom sink, tub and toilet. I forget the price but I lusted after that bathroom.
I was sorry to see it go but the next one was in pink quartz. Nice for the ladies.
