Silver or plate ?

Hi all. I have searched for hours trying to find this hallmark.Maybe Italian ? German ? Its clearly marked "Hansch" as well but Ive not found that maker. Its 5 1/2 inches long,any and all input is appreciated.

Dresden, Saxony, before 1886. 12 is for 12 loth, .750 silver, Solid , not plate.

I sold a solid antique silver spoon this week, only to hear yesterday that the lady wanted a refund because she said it was left handed, and she couldn't possible use it !

Never knew there was such a thing, looked pretty straight to me

Her explanation was that it slightly curved to that way of using

Well, you know there is a spoon called an invalid spoon. I wonder if that's what it is.
