This Falcon Ware item to me is a vase missing its metal frog. The dealer thought biscuit barrel. Could it be a tea caddy. It has an imprint on the base that I think says Masona No 2 (and then Made in England). Measures 13cm in all directions - square shape. Anyone know what is missing from the top? Many thanks.

@komokwa yes possible but the metal is usually fitted and there’s no damage to the rim to indicate something like that has been removed.
