That bag has older embroidery than the frame.

Think it was covered up only because of the Theatre production wanted a black clutch bag at the time so it was a quick wardrobe dept fix. Glad it was as I think it would have been nabbed before I got there by one of the many dealers at the sale. People were walking out with some fab stuff, fencing shield masks, lawyers wigs, uniforms, ball gowns etc I’ll post some bits I bought when I get them photoed.

OBB. Do you think 20s-30s for the frame? There’s some metal threads in the embroidery.

Found another featherweight, . This one was $35. from a shop that sells house clean out merchandise.
Another picker at the shop told me they don’t sell anymore :angelic: .
It’s a 1933 scroll front, listed on eBay and after 24 hrs it’s up to $610.
Also have a 1957 in near mint condition (cleanest one I’ve ever found) listed on eBay that I got from the same place for $75. couple months back.

Ive had lots of them but never as old as this one. Checking completed eBay looks like a 1933 is very desirable.

The cameo looks like a lava. Tip of her nose is gone, to no one's surprise. They have the best carving and the worst survival rate. Not sure on the jade.
