I paid good money for this and Been trying to figure out dynasty it was made? From my research leaning toward early ming/juan period possably?? But could be later for sure!!! This vase has a mild/extreme tilt to it in its foot. Either from falling in kiln, our from sagging from extreme heat maybe?? The vase is very thickly potted and has a lovely cracked celadon style glaze to it. The crackles are very widely spaced and even and have a lovely iorn red to the cracks. My nick name for this vase is the leaning tower of Cong :) not sure if it help our hurts the value? Any help our suggestion in dynasty would be very much appreciated!!!!

It does look like it had a hard time in the kiln.

My guess it fell in the kiln!

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I can't help with your questions about age or dynasty. Where are you located, and where was it located when you found it?

Take my opinion with a grain of salt but it doesn’t look like it has a great deal of age to me. I would think a good producer would have discarded this during the eras you mentioned. Just an amateurs two cents though.

That shape and style look 1960s-70s to me.

Foot rim also doesn’t look old.
