    It's Mosser Inverted Thistle. I don't know when though.

    Inverted Thistle is EAPG, originally by Cambridge c1911; the pink Mosser reproduction may be their rose color c2007.

    some of the Cambridge pieces were marked 'NEAR-CUT'; not originally made in that Mosser pink color.

    Gotcha. I saw the rose color in your diagram, but mine if definitely pink. You opened my eyes to a new thing to look for - thank you very much. And for always being willing to help me. You are wonderful. I think of you whenever I see a cake stand. I wonder if you would like it.
