What can you tell me about this old pitcher with hand painted, signed? scene

    Note the butterfly under the lip. I'm inclined to think this is aesthetic period. Does that sound right? It's a bit under 7" tall.
    The bottom right of the scene looks like it could be a signature.

    It's not the finest quality. I would suggest art nouveau period around 1900. Probably continental.
