Help with signature on painting - where is it from?

I found this at a thrift store this morning + a mint (unused?) vintage group set of Made in Italy Campagnolo Record bike parts (plus a set of Campagnolo Delta brakes worth $400 - $750!) that I'll ask $900 for and get it or close; they look like they've never been used!

Can anyone tell who painted the painting and/or where it's from? Thoughts?

    Thank you!

In the bike world these are considered art!

Yeah I like the bike parts ;)

You've got a great eye for things like this

I'm not saying you should not buy art anymore because I know you love it

But as sad as it is to say, it's not your wheelhouse buddy

Feel bad for saying that, but you know quite a bit about certain artists, perhaps just concentrate on paintings from artists that you know are from

I agree but I still do good once in a awhile; sold this painting - with a tear - for $450 Sunday!

That's a really good price, nice one

Who bought it, Stevie wonder ?

Only joking, it's quite nice actually

I think you should only buy paintings that you really think you like, not paintings you think might be valuable

PS - Early today (like 7am when the first truck came in) I bought a 6ft tall painting by Haitian artist Wilfred Daleus for $250 - it barely fit in my suv & I had to fold a bunsh of tshirts I'd also bought to support it on 1 frame so seat back wouldn't push in part of canvas.
While waiting in line at another thrift store in the same strip mall to open (I stop by there first each morning & leave a piece of paper with Charlie's Spot under a energy drink can so I can be first when I finish at my friend's store!), a friend who is also a picker (bigger picker - he has 2 people working for him posting online, packing, mailing, etc.. + he does a lot on 1st Dibs & Etsy; not eBay - where he can charge more) was behind me & when he asked if I found anything I told him & showed him what I googled about him - he asked if I'd sell it now for $500, so I did. Besides being a headache to pack & ship, I was happy doubling my money in 30 min. & he was happy cause he'd still be able to double his money eventually.
Plus, he wants to come see what else I have that he may buy (he is only looking for higher end pieces so he won't take all my paintings!) - so it was a good morning! (and I still have a Asian statue I bought that I am going to post & hoping to find out more about it!)
