Scotty Dog Tobacco pipe rest Syroco? partial label

    Syracuse ornamental Co. (Syroco) was created in 1890 by Adolph Holstein Syracuse NY.
    That fact i didn't know until this morning.
    This little 5 1/4" Pipe holder has A partial sticker i think is one of their 1930's era?
