What is the branch of the US Air Force that this wings pin is for?

I think these two are US Air Force Wing Pins but do not know what branch they are for. Or what the IX is one the one. Thought maybe navigator, but it isn't exactly right compared to one I saw online. It is small, measuring almost 1 inch across the wings. Do you know? Thank you for looking!

Yes, I've looked and looked. I am guessing something not as common, but...what? It has a tiny wing over the world and I thought maybe something to do messenger? Even thought of some sketch somewhere of a mythical god or goddess with that wing, like Mercury which it says stood for commerce, mediator and speed. I do not know military departments, so.
