    Hello @elisaMarie & welcome to the forum!! :happy::happy:

    When I click on your photo believe I see either a 10K or a 14K mark. There is something after the mark that I can't make out so it might be gold-plated rather than solid gold.

    If you have some type of magnifying glass & can tell us what the mark is that would help. :happy::happy:

    I don't know if it is a real sapphire or a hunk of glass but I sure do like the cut!! :happy::happy:

    Welcome.
    The style looks Art Deco. It is difficult to tell if the stone is sapphire or glass, could be the latter, but it would have to be tested. First test is, do you see any bubbles when you look at it through a loupe?
    The marks are blurry, and as Kiko said, it looks like there is a mark on the front of the ring too.

    If you put the ring down, preferably on a plain white surface, you will be able to take sharper photos of the marks.:)
