Hello from an old newbie

    Jim Wirth Just an old man, who likes LOTS of old things

    Glad to find this forum. I'm old guy from Ohio, who likes LOTS of different "old things." I have some collections of things, and have spent a lifetime as a collector of antique cars & trucks, plus muscle cars, etc. I also have had an extensive collection of antique fishing lures, reels, and other tackle. I have a collection of brass lights and bulb horns from vehicles, plus old porcelain signs, etc. I especially like my collection of enameled radiator badges. But unfortunately I have never been able to focus on anything. Consequently I have lots of miscellaneous collections, AND, I am often cursed with finding old items that I cannot identify at all. For a living I produce huge outdoor events (antique car shows, swap meets, etc). I am hopeful that I can share whatever knowledge I have with others on this forum, and gain valuable information and advice in return. Best wishes to you all.

    HAHAHA!!! Hi Jim! Sounds like you're like a LOT of us here! It's not that you can't focus.....you're an "ECLECTIC" COLLECTOR....i.e.....you just like a LOT of different things!!!!
