And if you're new, ACCEPT RETURNS - keeps some of the scammers out of your hair. Also, steer clear of electronics and fancy shoes. And any idjut asking for contact outside of eBay or who wants to pay with Paypal directly for whatever reason. Major red flag territory.

You also may want to consider selling the jewelry in lots, not individually.

    Happenstance.....

My stance just happen to be next to my charity 2nd hand store today....

finding anything of value there is like looking for a toothpick , in a corn field..!!

    but it calms my mind.....and it's a charity.....so....

I got lucky with a good garage sale today. These things weren't crazy cheap, but I think I'll be able to sell them at my antique mall spot for much more than I paid.

I also found this small button. Its message feels... 'dated' ... I'm not sure the message resonates much today. But it's interesting as a historical artifact.

Persian "story" drawing of polo players. Call it Indo-Persian if selling or Kashmiri if selling on line - keeps the bots out of your hair. The little vases remind me of the one my dad bought me 30-odd years ago. He liked Chinese cloisonne, or at least thought I would.

    .

Thanks for the advice! I was thinking India, but Persia / Iran makes perfect sense too.

It's definitely Persian, I have one which an Iranian friend gave me. I've forgotten the name for that inlay technique.
