    It looks beautiful. The polishing helped! Wish I could help with the marks.

    They look like the combined boar and eagle mark in an oval cartouche, for silver and gold. Which means the silver isn't sterling, but .800 silver.

    I think your bracelet is too old to contain sterling silver. France introduced sterling as a recognized fineness in the early 70s, before then the closest fineness to sterling was .950.

    Thank you @Any Jewelry I did some googling on that. This is the mark you are referring to I think (I hope this image gets posted):

    My loupe is 10x I think but still very hard to see (tiny tiny tiny). But I think I do see that middle section that separates the heads. I am going with that...thanks again! Meanwhile, it is a keeper, I have enjoyed wearing it.

    Yes, that's the one, although I have never seen one with an X. It must stand for something, but I don't know what (insert symbol here?).
    It would be for me too, love the style.

    Btw, the file marks on the silver look intentional to me, like a Brutalist influence.
