Recently bought a house and found a docked sailboat lithograph print 90/275; stamped 8154. Can see part of embossed seal on damaged description from The Collectors Guild Ltd on back. Unable to decipher last name of artist; E. Vail H???
Can anyone provide information on name of artist or value of print?
    Thx

I see you've uploaded some of your pics to the Media Gallery here. You can (and should) embed those to this thread by use of the little camera icon in the reply toolbar.

Think that would be "beached" rather than "docked." Damage to sticker due to insects.

Can we get a photograph of the signature?

I think the town could be Villefranche-sur-Mer, my favourite on the Côte d'Azur, southern France.
The boat could also be from Provence, Vincent van Gogh painted similar boats on the beach at Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, further west.

(As an aside, there is also always one on the beach during the yearly Gypsy pilgrimage to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.)

He was Catalan and painted fairly close to home. That's Cadaqués.

    So it is.
It is probably the angle the litho was photographed in, but I kept seeing a domed church tower, like you see in Villefranche, in nearby Saint Tropez as well.
