They're all sort of round. ;)

The nice lady who I buy FAR too much from phoned me and said she'd be at the Monday bootie. Oops.

Hers was the bangle, the garnet and opal and the truly egg yolk amber as well as the big chunky silver ring - she says it's not silver, I say it is. She wanted one whole pound.

The other ring, I haggled down from someone, being a tight madam. It's nine carat.

Bloke who sells for scrap picked my brain about a superb early Georgian pendant with mine cut stones. I've suggested places he can get it valued. Oops.

I like that green ring. Georgian? The top is silver-colored with a gold shank. Can't quite read the marks on the bracelet; they blow up into a blurry mess alas.

Bangle is Chester, 1955, so quite late, but it's heavy.

Green ring is a 9 ct marked shank and yes, a silver setting. Needs a good clean. I'm not sure it's as old as Georgian, I need to get the tester on it too.

And get thee behind me, ;)

Addendum. My favourite is the egg yolk, it LOOKS like one.

It's an oldie for sure. I think that green ring may have been reshanked or something, because the top sure looks old from here.

It was sized up a few sizes, you can see the solder lines.

I need to look in daylight, the "lines" may be reflection.

Entirely feasible the top is older: I've rings which were once earrings, remade.
