Art deco? Angel pin brooch ID

    I was wondering if anyone might know the maker of this angel brooch pin? I'm very new to jewelry so bare with me lol. I'm not sure if it has any age but it has a art deco look to it. No clue if the pearl is real or not. Any info would be great. Thank you for any info!

    Hobbyist jewelry made from a piece of flatware. The glued on pin is blocking the maker of the flatware, but even if it wasn't, it wouldn't help ID who converted it.
