    It is Palestinian, Lebanese, that region. Red is unusual. It would be nice if the stones were coral, but they are probably glass, they usually are.

    Missing one ball in one of the center clusters. Sigh, might have come off when cleaning with vinegar and silver polish.

    I think it was already missing. Second from the left in the first photo you posted.
    Maybe replace it with a silver bead and strong glue?
