Help dating Meissen

Bought these at an estate sale but can’t figure out the dating. There are two cut marks going through the crossed swords in the middle. Any help would be great. Thank you in advance.

    I *think* the cut marks means they were seconds. Very pretty in their simplicity.

    “Seconds” meaning not up to highest standards? Would they be sold at a lower price I’m guessing?
