Ah…I’ve never seen that in the colonies. I thought you meant “elbow grease” in the traditional sense.

 

Nope. I'd have said so explicitly with a suggested technique. This stuff is brilliant, I know people who've used it on designer leather bags.

 

I wonder if the people that repair glass chips in car windshields have something they can apply that will make your crack less noticeable. if that is grease on the etched glass you might just try Dawn soap.

 

On a great window as this one I wouldn't use super glue or other material from the hardware store - likely to discolor and make further repairs harder. A big plate glass shop would also be able to help - but not the kid at the hardware store .
