I found an etching that I believe is a voided printing. I'm not having any luck finding information. The last name is Tissot but of course, searches come up for the watch, not the artist.
Is this a Civil War scene?
The third photo is of the texture of the paper and the impression from the plate IMG_9553.JPG IMG_9554.JPG IMG_9555.JPG . Holding up to the light, I cannot find any watermarks.

Does the cancellation void any value?

I expect it would greatly reduce the value, but I don't know. Tissot is well known. I'd be curious to find out.

My sense of such cancellation is to prevent further impressions...to keep more copies from reducing the value of the original run. But thats just a guess.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Well, the Long Rifles certainly could help date it, for one thing, although, they kind of look like 'bolt action', not 'musket loading', to my not great eye!!!! So, maybe won't help????

As MOS noted by the link, the siege of Paris dates it within ~4 months; 19 September 1870 to 28 January 1871.
