asian planter or something, can anyone read the mark?

    It's in zhuanshu script (ancient Chinese), looks to have a bit of age, perhaps early 20th c. I don't think it's a reign mark, more likely the makers mark, but it's not in my reference books. Not the usual shape for a fish bowl, and the interior decoration seems odd for a planter. Perhaps a tureen minus the cover?

    Tobacco Leaf Pattern Chinese Footbath.

    I think that could be quite an expensive thing by the way, a few hundred at least but Im unsure. Tobacco leaf pattern is very well liked, very colourful and super nice.
