    Hi all,
A couple of pieces I need some help with.
    any information appreciated
    thanks for looking:)
#1 is 24"L x 9" at the widest point, is signed/marked but I don't know the artist so hoping someone might recognize the mark. Also marked on the back are Man, Raven, Killer Whale, Salmon and Man under the sea.
My favourite is the little face on the top.

#2 is 16 3/4" and need help as to what I'm seeing - I don't know what is at the top, then some sort of bird, not sure what this part is and then a fish tail at the bottom. Carved by a known artist from Alert Bay BC:)

Can't add much - the initials on the first one are vaguely familiar, but nothing specific comes to mind. On the second, I might note that the Shaugnessy family has an old and distinguished history in Alert Bay; this is one of the younger members.
