Chinese Garden seat or incense burner?

    Can we see the bottom? Knee jerk is it looks newish,but I do see some signs of age.Of course it could have actually sat in a garden,so that might account for that.Its very pretty.

    Hard to imagine it's a garden seat at less than 6" high.

    I would use it for a plant stand either in the garden or on an enclosed porch.
