Featured Blue and white glass pedestal bowl, is it Art Deco or is the sticker deceiving?

Hi all, apologies these photos aren't the best- light is fading! I picked this pedestal bowl up this weekend (Alberta, Canada) and would love to know possible maker and age. Someone suggested Murano but I have no idea. It seems to be quite scratched up, but quite elegant. A sticker on the base says 1925 but I'm unsure if that's accurate age wise (I thought perhaps from someone's antique booth!). Measures 10"W x 5"H. Any and all info appreciated as always, thank you

Playing with contrast to accentuate the surface treatment:

But now it looks like an eyeball.

Really nice! The color, mostly...and the glass treatment highlighted by MOS with contrast...I'll vote for accuracy on the sticker.

    Same treatment on the label:

The number is hand written, so not a manufacturer's label. A couple traces of letters above the number.

Hi, yes thanks- I thought perhaps someone's antique booth label?
