Mystery wax label

I need help identifying this wax label found on the back of a piece I just bought. Looks either French or French Canadian from what I can tell, but it’s hard to read fully. Thinking it’s from the 1920’s and would really like to know who made it! Anything helps!

 

I could swear we've seen this before - and recently - but George only has this single post in his profile. Did someone else post this same thing?

 

1907 Kelly's Directory of Merchants, Manufacturers and Shippers
shows the following from Holland.

What looks like "LA HAVE" actually is "LA HAYE" (French for The Hague)

 

Unless it's Le Havre - a French seaport.

 

I am reading La Haye from the pictured label.

It does say, LL Mulder and sons, manufacturers, Le Havre (in French). They might have been Dutch, but they did have offices in France. Coat of arms might have meant a royal charter, or maybe just a claim to fame. What possibly French Canadian furniture from the 20s is it attached to?

 

Actually, it clearly says La Have not La Havre.

It sure does (age, uh). So Dutch cabinet makers established in Canada. Well, Limbert himself claimed some Dutch heritage for his furniture. But what is this label attached to? I am very curious.
