It's ~10⅛" diameter, ~11" with the handles. Faintly translucent, high fired. The AEB in circle looks stamped, and may be the mark of the painter? Is this Nouveau? European? 20th C?

Is there a name for porcelain plates or trays with 2 (or even 3) bearing circular feet? Thanks!

There is certainly an art nouveau sensibility to it.

I'd guess hobby painter and that's the decorator's monogram.

    It's very nice.

Yep, I've seen this design so often that I wonder if it was a stencil back in the day and the hobbyist just filled in the preferred colors. When I was in my early 20s, it was popular to go to pottery stores, pick out a form (I picked a small planter with a dog face), paint it, then fire it right there in the store's kiln. Pick it up the next day when it was all cooled down. I wonder what happened to it? Maybe I eventually donated it.
