Trying to identify plate with raised design

Purchased plate at a thrift store. Trying to identify. Brown, with a raised design depicting 2 small buildings, watermill, bridge, trees and mountains. Looks like a scene set in Asia. 12" in diameter, 2" high. No markings on bottom. Google Lens search resulted in nothing similar.
