Provence Pot/2 Handle Amphora-France or smewhere else ?

Hi-Just looking to nail down a date,purpose and place of origin on this pot.It's about 5 1/2" tall and seems to have some age.It was filled with traces of an ashy sandy soil when first found (Thriftstore,not dug). Thanks.

 

Sure there are others but... I know of two places that produce green pottery. Oaxaca, México and Úbeda, Spain. Úbeda does use a wavy line as decoration.
