Any thoughts on these Cambridge pieces? I've done the whole internet search, just wondering if I should go and see for myself. I think the nudes are pretty cool. I'm not very familiar with Cambridge glass - is it highly collectible? They are going to be at an auction very close to me. I've been able to tame my addiction to this auction house (it's one mile from me), but these are pulling me in. It's a VERY low-key place, but becoming a little more known outside of this immediate area. Also, what are those nudes in the last picture? Any idea? TIA!!

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Sometimes trying to "upright" images doesn't always work the best for me!

The vases on the Keyhole Stem can be expensive. However the glass tops with the dangles do not belong with them. Those are boboches (sp?) for candle holders.
Crown Tuscan pieces were once very sought after. Not sure what the market is now. An eBay Solds search might be in order.

The gold decoration on the urns and the vase I believe is the Portia Pattern.

Research the nude stems, AKA "Statuesque", I think they may be somewhat desirable.

The nautilus vase looks very nice. It has a Charleton decoration. An undecorated one sold for $40 recently on eBay and one with a different Charleton decoration sold for $179.99.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Too bad there is no picture of the back of the ones in the last photo. They look like metal plaques or something. Maybe there are fixtures on the back to attach them to something?

They are lovely (to me.) This guy was a world-class collector. Lots of high-end Fenton walked out of there. Someone I know spent $1500 at least, but it was the good stuff. A little hole-in-the-wall auction house. In my humble 'hood. :)

I bid on them until I said "you've already spent enough" to myself.

Sounds like a good way to do it!

So you were successful on the candlesticks and the compote (the nudes)? Those are very good pieces. the nudies always sell. Not knowing how high they went, I would have tried for all of them, except the plain ones in the 3rd photo and I wouldn't have bid on the Ivy Balls. Crown Tuscan has been in decline but those gold encrusted pieces were always HTF so I would have tried on those. But you did very well in your choices and you can just spend what you have and no more.
