Featured Glassies: Candle holder? Fairy lamp base?

    Got one for y'all. I've come to a dead end on my searches. I'm thinking this candle holder could possibly be the base of a fairy lamp? The pattern reminds me of Franciscan Madiera but I couldn't find such animal Last pic is the item upside down. 4 1/4" diameter x 2 3/4" high. 3 5/8" I.D. with a lip/step down that is 3 1/8" I.D. and another step down that is about 2 1/8" I.D. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. candleholder.png

    I wonder if it could be used for both pillar and taper candles? I thought 1970's or 1980's but if it could serve a double function it might be newer. I've never seen it in my candleholder books that I can recall.
