Featured Enamel swirl on copper bracelet ID

I was wondering if anyone might know the maker on this swirl enamel on copper bracelet? Thank you for any info!

 

Might be artisan. Monet did some though.

 

Are there letters at the bottom of the second segment in from the right?

 

@Bakersgma, GOOD EYE!!!! Something this small....if I try to enlarge too much I'll just wind up with distortion....2.75X is the max I dared go....the first with just 'low resolution', and the second and lower one with 'very compressed'.... I think the first has minimal distortion if any....I see 'A' (with what looks like a fish hook coming out of the top left) and a weak 'M' to the right.... and don't know if that's just miniscule scratches below or miniscule writing but whatever, it's illegible!! The LOWER enlargement I feel does have some distortion to it....the 'A' is there, but what I saw as an 'M' is now distorted......

What about that greyish rectangle to the left?

 

For this piece, likely artisan or hobbyist. It doesn't remind me of the most common vintage copper enamel makers (Renoir / Matisse) in style or color. I've run a cross a number of homemade copper enamel pieces in my vintage jewelry buying over the years. Some quite nice. I do like this one.

Is it missing any sections? I don't see a clasp or fastener, but maybe the angles of the photos are just not showing it.
