What is this vintage, felt, coned shaped head piece/hat

    Dennis Tjaden Old ball coach......

    I've looked to see what this is from all over the net. I just don't know what to call it. I thought it might be a monkey vendor hat or an kids hat from old TV shows but I'm stumped. Any help will be appreciated.....

    I should have added that it's seems to be more of a kids hat because it is quite small.

    True ribbon colors of Bolivian flag but red, green, yellow also found in 1950s fashion palette.

    Probably a souvenir from a trip and not necessarily meant to be worn. I think probably the brim was up and it just wilted over the years. I agree those ribbons represent the Bolivian flag.
