Featured And interesting necklaces

Again, the woven really well red sead bead and the nice 20s Czech were passed over by the bloke who Thinks He Knows.

Aquamarine chip collar is modern but I do like it. Likewise the green pearls. The gilt cluster one, I swear I've earrings to match it. Hoard has eaten them.

And yeah, bling.

 

That aqua collar...DANG. He who knew, blew [it]. Probably only after gold and silver, and bypassed the pieces worth real money. (eyeroll)

 

It actually has a silver clasp, too, as do the green pearls. I'm most intrigued by the red seed beads. They're intricately done with a sort of macrame weave. I need to work out how to get a fastener for them. If anyone has thoughts on those, that would be useful!

 

I used to have something similar in black, it had a closure made of the same beads. I call the type blob and loop, so a beaded loop that goes around a beaded blob. I'm sure there is an official term for it.
